I did tinker a bit with assembler on the C64 in the early 1980s, but I never really got into the demo scene back then. Having been impressed by the demo groups on the C64 I co-founded an Amiga group in 1988, Public Enemies, after getting my Amiga a year earlier.
We released a few productions, but the crew got disbanded in 1990 and we all moved on to other things. I recently “revived” this Group by releasing a one off and our first ever C64 intro, 30 Years. Since then I’ve been involved in a number of other releases and won some trophies with both Atlantis and Pretzel Logic :)
